在windows中安装awstats分析apache日志的问题

在装完apache、activeperl、awstats，并完成所有配置后，写了个bat文件来执行分析，在我设定的data目录里awstats也产生了正确的日志数据文件，但是在用http://localhost/awstats/awstats.pl?config=localhost访问前台界面时，却出现：
Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
